Job Summary: The Bar Back will also be responsible for helping all other staff and operations to maintain a well-organized, clean, and well-stocked outlet. Friendly interactions with patrons will be required, but the focus will be on the support staff position. The Prep/Bar Back will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Trilith Guesthouse service standards and Mainsail Lodging & Development standards. What you have High school diploma, equivalent, or higher Previous hospitality experience Minimum 1-year experience working in a restaurant or bar setting Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor Customer service experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working on a team in a hospitality setting Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads , and POS Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
