Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, strengthening long-term relationships across FLSmidth Service, Sales, and Global Specialist teams
- Activates and coordinates Field Services Engineering (FSE), Professional Services, Sales, and Global Specialists to deliver optimal technical and lifecycle solutions aligned with customer needs.

- Identifies opportunities to increase total Service Business Line (BL) order intake through Field Services Engineering engagement.
- Develops, coaches, and supports new Site Account Managers and Site Account Representatives to strengthen customer coverage and service delivery.
- Communicates with Global Service, Business Lines (BL), and Regional Sales & Lifecycle Management (RSLM) regarding market price competitiveness, supply localization, and globalization strategies.
- Collaborates with Professional Services to deliver on-site customer support and identify Upgrades & Retrofits (U&R) opportunities that enhance customer value and operational performance.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working in the mining industry in the same or a similar role. Solid Knowledge related to Thickening, Filtration and Separation Processes.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and business areas, with experience managing and tracking KPIs in coordination with functional and business leaders.
- Proven knowledge and experience in the preparation and development of commercial and technical proposals for the mining industry.
- Demonstrated passion for the mining industry, with a proactive mindset focused on innovation and making a meaningful impact within a global industry leader.
- Experience working closely with both suppliers and customers in a mining or heavy industry environment.
- Solid experience within the mining industry.
- Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
