Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Support
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Support the conversion of quotations into confirmed sales
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Provide product information and support customers with order-related queries
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication
  • Order Processing & Administration
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer and order records within internal systems
  • Provide updates on delivery schedules, lead times, and stock availability
  • Support the management of CRM and ERP systems
  • Prepare reports and assist with sales administration activities
  • Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with warehouse and production teams to support timely order fulfilment
  • Support issue resolution relating to orders, logistics, or customer concerns
  • Assist with inbox management and ensure service levels are maintained
  • Participate in weekend rota support and occasional operational events where required
  • About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing roles
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware with an interest in sales and customer engagement
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience within retail, manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms such as Zendesk
  • Experience working with ERP systems and order management processes
