Text Constant Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. Position Summary The Gear Product Manager is accountable for the strategic growth, profitability, and portfolio direction of Regal Rexnord's Aerospace Solutions global gear business. This role owns product line management responsibilities end to end, including pricing, long-term agreements (LTAs), portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and new product launch (NPL). The successful candidate will lead through influence, apply strong commercial and technical judgment, and partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to position Regal Rexnord as a preferred gear supplier. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management. Work environment Hybrid role 3 days in office, 2 days remote Travel Will require quarterly travel to facility in Ohio and Twice a year to facility in UK. Key Accountabilities Strategic Growth & Portfolio Leadership Own and lead the global Gear Product Line strategy, aligned to Regal Rexnord's Aerospace Solutions strategic deployment and growth objectives. Define and execute profitable growth strategies, including market segmentation, application focus, and value propositions. Develop and maintain Gear Product Technology Roadmaps, aligned with customer needs, competitive trends, and internal manufacturing capabilities. Drive New Product / New Platform (NPL) growth, from opportunity identification through launch and lifecycle management. Evaluate investment and partnership opportunities to expand the gear portfolio in a non-redundant, differentiated manner. Pricing, Profitability & Commercial Ownership Own pricing strategy for Gear Product Line, including: Base pricing and margin targets Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) Value-based pricing models Lead profitability analytics, including margin by product/application and portfolio mix optimization. Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure disciplined commercial execution and agreement governance. Multi-Site Capability Alignment (Twinsburg, OH & Hemel Hempstead, UK) Conduct a comprehensive review of gear manufacturing capabilities across both facilities, including: Gear types, size ranges, precision levels, and secondary operations Capacity, equipment, and process strengths Define clear roles and focus areas for each site to ensure complementary, not duplicative, capabilities. Establish a one-team, global gear mindset, promoting collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability between sites. Identify capability gaps that limit customer adoption of Regal Rexnord Aerospace Solutions as a gear supplier and develop investment or sourcing strategies to close those gaps. Customer & Market Leadership Serve as the voice of the customer (VOC) for gear products, maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and MROs. Partner with Sales on customer visits, opportunity development, proposals, and application reviews. Translate customer requirements into clear product, technology, and investment priorities. Support key pursuits by articulating Regal Rexnord's Aerospace Solutions gear value proposition, technical differentiation, and manufacturing strengths. Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to execute product line strategies. Support budgeting, capital planning, and long-range strategic planning related to gear products. Track and report key product line KPIs, including growth, margin, NPL performance, and market penetration. Drive continuous improvement, VA/VE initiatives, and lifecycle management across the gear portfolio. Capabilities & Success Factors Proven product or product line leadership experience in gears, power transmission, or precision mechanical components. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ownership of pricing and profitability. Ability to operate effectively across multiple manufacturing sites and geographies. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into executable roadmaps. Comfortable leading through influence in a matrixed organization. Analytical, data-driven, and disciplined in decision making. Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites and customers as required. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required; MBA preferred. 5-8+ years of experience in product management, product line management, or a closely related commercial/technical role. Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated, engineered product environments strongly preferred. Compensation Details: $135,000 - $145,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
