Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Operational Command: Lead and mentor a team of 3 Managers and 3 Technicians, ensuring clear delegation and peak performance.
• Standardization (SOPs): Design and execute comprehensive SOPs for common area maintenance, defect management, and preventive measures.
• Vendor Governance: Act as the primary authority over outsourced contractors (Lift, Landscape, Pest Control, etc.), auditing their quality and ensuring 100% accountability.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the lifecycle of 25+ buildings, ensuring all assets are pristine, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency.
• Strategic Execution: Move with a high sense of urgency to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement long-term preventive strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of solid experience in Facilities Management or Property Management in Singapore.
• Leadership Profile: A firm, authoritative leader who can manage tough conversations with contractors and drive a "zero-defect" culture.
• Urgency: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making is critical.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building regulations, FM software, and preventive maintenance cycles.

• Monthly Base: S$6,000 - S$8,000 (Commensurate with experience).

Additional Information

Head of Operations (The Standard Bearer) This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting to the senior executive team. You will be the "General" on the ground, commanding a multi-disciplinary team and managing a portfolio of 25+ residential and commercial assets across Singapore.
