Key Accountabilities

Provide sourcing results in a reportable format.
Identify user groups and professional associations that can help generate qualified candidates.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Actively manage candidate pipelines.
Accurately disposition and conduct phone screenings of qualified applicants.
Maintain job boards and social media postings.
Support talent community development and volume communication initiatives (e.g., recruitment drives, email campaigns) in collaboration with TA Managers.
Job Qualifications
2+ years of sourcing experience in CRO/Pharma preferred; experience in core IT functions is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.

The Candidate Development (Sourcing) Specialist is responsible for candidate management and building a pipeline for various aligned requisitions through active sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, ERP systems, direct sourcing, and headhunting.
The CDS works closely with the Recruitment Manager to define and implement recruiting strategies, ensuring a qualified candidate pool that supports TA engagements. This role requires strong research acumen and critical thinking to consistently deliver a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
