This role will identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding and scheduling to employee support and internal workflows. This individual will work at the intersection of HR, operations, and technology, building scalable systems and AI agents that improve efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making.
