A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Pipeline Lead reporting to Executive Manager, Field Pipeline & Digital Delivery A bit about your role The Pipeline Lead manages the end-to-end Field Services pipeline, overseeing intake, prioritisation, planning, resourcing and governance to support predictable delivery of strategic initiatives. You act as the central point for incoming requests, ensuring they meet entry criteria, are clearly defined as Initiatives and Portfolio Epics, and are aligned to business outcomes and priorities. You collaborate with requestors and stakeholders to validate information, apply prioritisation frameworks, and sequence work based on value, urgency, dependencies and capacity. Partnering with Senior Portfolio Managers, you maintain a single, accurate pipeline roadmap, facilitate triage to confirm readiness and alignment, and ensure visibility of constraints and key decisions. The role also maintains data quality, provides clear pipeline insights with a focus on exceptions, and continuously improves processes, including identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance consistency. A bit about you The ideal candidate brings strong capability in Agile ways of working and end-to-end project or program delivery within complex, technology-driven environments. You are confident managing cross-functional teams, driving business improvement and change initiatives, and applying project frameworks and tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Miro) to translate plans into clear, actionable delivery outcomes. You can analyse complex problems, think critically, and develop practical, innovative solutions while balancing priorities, dependencies and resource constraints. You communicate clearly and influence effectively at all levels, including presenting pipeline status, risks and plans to senior stakeholders. You build strong, trusted relationships, facilitate discussions, and navigate conflict to achieve outcomes. With strong leadership, commercial awareness and adaptability, you take initiative in dynamic environments, cut through ambiguity, and continuously improve processes to deliver results.
