- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional ergonomics experience, with an emphasis on industrial settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Manual material handling analysis
- Task and job hazard analysis
- Ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., REBA, RULA, NIOSH Lifting Equation, Strain Index)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Ergonomist with industrial and applied ergonomics experience to support a handful of Apex's key clients. Projects are scattered nationwide and will involve a wide range of routine ergonomic support as well as providing quality deliverables in a timely manner. This is a part-time, traveling role (up to 50%) - with expense covered and is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in practical, field-based ergonomics and enjoys working directly with groups such as; operations, safety, engineering, facilities, labor, leadership and other stakeholders. The Senior Ergonomist leads the delivery of comprehensive ergonomic services, including assessments, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
