About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Utilities Specialist in the Utilities and Energy Management Branch of the Public Works in the ofNAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing utilities programs and projects (e.g., water and waste water treatment operations, electrical sub-station, associated switch gear and high voltage distribution systems, etc.); managing resources, and budgets; and managing personnel.
