Supervisor I, Production

About the role

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Balance workforce according to production demand. Monitor attendance and punctuality, applying internal policies as needed. Stop operations that do not meet technical specifications and escalate accordingly. Maintain control of materials, including WIP, scrap, and material flow. Communicate performance, goals, and updates through tier meetings. Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke) Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí. About You: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required 2+ years of experience in similar roles within manufacturing Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke) Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment Experience managing personnel and leading teams Strong conflict management, adaptability, and trust-building skills Ability to enforce company policies and internal work regulations.
