The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for helping PURE grow thoughtfully by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and business areas, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong hiring outcomes aligned with PURE's mission. As a trusted partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides guidance on talent strategy, market dynamics, and candidate experience, while ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruiting process. This role also plays an important part in reinforcing PURE's culture by delivering a fair, transparent, and relationship-driven hiring experience. This role is ideally based in Charleston, SC, where much of the Talent Acquisition team and key business partners are located. The position reports directly to the AVP, Talent Acquisition. What you'll do. Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned business areas, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies Build and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent, with a focus on developing long-term, relationship-driven pipelines Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by building strong relationships and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring process Proactively manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely, efficient movement through each stage of the recruiting lifecycle Leverage recruiting tools and systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime) to support strong hiring outcomes and process consistency Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and business leaders to ensure alignment and a seamless hiring experience Participate in and, at times, lead projects and initiatives focused on improving Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and overall team effectiveness Bring PURE's Mission, Values, and People Commitments to life throughout the recruiting process, ensuring fair, thoughtful, and consistent hiring practices What we're looking for. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for prior experience with in-house search environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder relationships Experience recruiting within Property & Casualty insurance or broader insurance industry preferred Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using creative, multi-channel recruiting strategies Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and influence decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools The base salary for this role can range from $85,000 - $105,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual's ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
