Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning Team to achieve meeting scheduling and deliverables of clients' orders.
• Present overview of Planning matters on weekly Management Meeting
• Work with Cross functional group (eg Sales and Production) on balancing capacity, manpower, machines and materials across processes production.
• Optimize backlog, WIP and able to maximize throughput through understanding of capacity and process constraints.
• Inventory and WIP are to be kept at an optimum level to meet demand.
• Ensure smooth daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Consolidate and validate client forecast and orders.
• Manage forecast changes, demand fluctuations and urgent orders.
• Material planning and co-ordination and ensuring materialavailability.
• Manage individual customer PO booking versus allocated forecast schedule.
• Achieve on-time delivery goals for customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.
