Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Interview Preparation Lounge Coordinator for 3 Months to manage and promote the Interview Prep Lounge. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless interview preparation experience for students, driving daily engagement, and collaborating with external stakeholders to maximize Lounge utilization during hiring drives. Job Title: AI Interview Prep Lounge Coordinator Job Location: Mumbai (Kandivali) Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Operations & Student Engagement Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Interview Prep Lounge on a day- to-day basis. Facilitate a seamless experience for students using the Lounge and address any operational issues promptly. Drive student participation and ensure a minimum of 50 students utilize the Interview Prep Lounge daily. Conduct awareness sessions, demonstrations, and outreach activities to increase Lounge adoption and engagement. Track daily usage metrics and prepare periodic reports on participation and outcomes. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between the institution, CII, and participating organizations. Coordinate with CII representatives and hiring partners to integrate and promote the Interview Prep Lounge during recruitment drives. Encourage recruiters and hiring organizations to recommend and leverage the Interview Prep Lounge as part of candidate preparation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance student participation and hiring readiness. Reporting & Coordination Monitor Lounge performance, student feedback, and engagement levels. Share regular updates with management regarding utilization, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the Lounge remains operational, accessible, and aligned with recruitment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in stakeholder management, student engagement, placement activities, or event coordination is preferred. Ability to work independently and drive participation targets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Minimum 50 students using the Interview Prep Lounge daily. Seamless execution and operational uptime of the Lounge. Effective coordination with CII and hiring organizations. Increased adoption and utilization of the Interview Prep Lounge during recruitment drives. Positive student and recruiter feedback.
