Who You Will Work With: The vacant CIAM, Principal role will report to the Product Enablement Services, Lead. This role provides senior technical leadership and architectural direction for Interac's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform. The role exists to ensure CIAM is secure, scalable, resilient, and consistently implemented across Interac's products, partners, and financial institutions. As a principal level role, this position drives platform standards, guides complex technical decisions, and influences cross organizational outcomes related to identity, access, and trust.
