VPII UHNW Strategist

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expertise - Must have depth of knowledge on UHNW subjects that include but not limited to planning for estate, tax, business exit and succession, equity compensation, philanthropic, real assets, family dynamics and governance, sophisticated investment strategy, and alternatives.
• Speaking, Presentation and Presence - Polished, approachable and organized in written communications, speaking and engagement presence in a one of one or one to many presentations.
• Opportunity and Engagement Tracking and Reporting - Must be able to manage opportunity and engagement-tracking database and manipulate the data for various levels of sales and activity reporting. Strong follow through and follow- up with other leaders, advisors and team members.
