Teaching up to 16 students per class
Working collaboratively with Learning & Development and the team of 10 Instructors
Supporting with driving continuous improvement and learning
Essential - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in Electrical testing, Hand tools, Soldering and Tool Handling.
Results-oriented with the ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
Team player with experience leading and collaborating across teams
Knowledge and understanding of business strategy and providing support to identify solutions to deliver that strategy.
Desired - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent
Any teaching, instructing, coaching experience would be an advantage

Job Description Summary
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster".
You will be responsible for the instruction of military students in Workshops techniques. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Workshops Techniques to Royal Navy students on their Phase 2 and 3 career courses
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
