Strategy Development: Partners with team members to develop and implement communications plans that align with the firm's goals and targeted business development efforts.
Content Creation: Develops engaging and informative content that is consistent with brand messaging for a variety of channels including internal, social and web.
Creative Strategy: Collaborates with creative team to create visually compelling content.
Event Management: Supports the coordination and logistics of various events, conferences, meetings, open houses, forums and other events.
Team Leadership: Organizes team meetings to ensure alignment within the communications team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related fields and 5 years of corporate communications or agency experience
In lieu of degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Excellent writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Teamwork/collaboration
Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint expertise
Highly organized
Be a self-starter who possesses creativity and can-do attitude
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
Familiar with web content management systems such as WordPress
