Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in sustainability, environmental, or supply chain-related roles.
- Strong understanding of greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability frameworks, or environmental reporting.
- Experience working with sustainability data, including Scope 3 emissions reporting.
- Background in manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Finnish or other languages are considered an asset.

We are now looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our QEHS team and help drive our environmental and climate agenda forward. In this role, you will work with data, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful actions that support our long-term sustainability commitments and global impact. This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to the Director, QEHS & Sustainability.
