We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Gameplay Engineer to help build engaging and memorable gameplay experiences for our players. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and fellow engineers to implement and refine gameplay systems that bring our worlds to life. You'll contribute to the development of new features and mechanics, ensuring they are fun, polished, and performant. This role offers a flexible hybrid work week, with a mix of remote and on-site days. While hybrid is the standard arrangement, you're also welcome to work on-site full-time if you prefer. Our primary studio for this role is in Albany, NY.
