About the role

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven, and inspiring Sales Development Manager to lead and elevate our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and scaling top-of-funnel pipeline across key enterprise accounts, driving outbound strategy and ensuring tight collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Channel teams. You will be responsible for developing SDRs to reach their full potential, optimizing team performance through data and best practices, owning the SENA Enterprise pipeline strategy and building a culture of ownership, accountability, learning, and growth. This is a hybrid-remote role. The team is based in Singapore and in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Enterprise Sales Development Reps to drive higher productivity, stronger pipeline contribution, and improved meeting quality
  • Partner with Regional Directors and the Regional Vice president to build optimal territory coverage plans and align on key GTM strategies, pipeline expectations, and follow-up discipline
  • Build a disciplined SDR operating rhythm across prospecting, outreach, qualification, follow-up, and pipeline creation.
  • Coach reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into Whitespace accounts, identifying business pain points, and unlocking their sales potential
  • Help SDRs master how to identify and speak to SecOps, DevOps, IT-Ops, and cybersecurity pain points, industry trends, and customer priorities
  • Set clear standards for activity, quality, pipeline contribution, teamwork, and accountability
  • Identify performance gaps early and address underperformance through clear feedback, coaching, and structured follow-up
  • Uplevel collaboration with Marketing to drive stronger campaign follow-up, event conversion, and substantially more business impact
  • Stay well educated and informed on CrowdStrike's addressable market, value proposition, competitive landscape, and how to position the value of our solutions
  • Use Salesforce and BI tools to monitor performance, diagnose issues, and make data-based decisions
  • Hire top-notch sales talent and dedicate time to onboarding, developing and retaining high-potential SDRs

Requirements

  • Experience as a SDR Leader or Sales Manager, with a strong track record managing frontline sales/SDR team
  • Cybersecurity industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build, improve, or reset team performance through clear standards, coaching discipline, and accountability
  • Confidence handling underperformance and having difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to hire, develop and promote strong sales talent
  • Experience driving business results, with at least 1 year of closing experience in a hi-tech company across Southeast and North Asia preferred
  • Strong understanding of SDR motions, including outbound prospecting, whitespace development, qualification, meeting quality, and pipeline creation
  • Experience using Salesforce reporting and BI tools such as Tableau to monitor performance and make data-based decisions
  • Project Management experience with the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan, and execute with discipline
  • Strong self-awareness, emotional control, and maturity under pressure
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability, with the ability to hold others accountable fairly and consistently
  • Clear, direct, and approachable communication style, with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence others
  • Fast learner who is motivated, driven, passionate, and action-oriented
  • Ability to build credibility with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Channel.
