Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the calendar. Manage priorities and day-to-day scheduling in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Confident use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
