Main Responsibilities Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team; Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value; Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions; Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes; Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets; Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery; Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics; Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI-ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations; Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance; Communicate decisions clearly, document trade‑offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes; Core Requirements 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS; Comfort with analytics and growth metrics.
