Ready to impact how brands and agencies grow in the US and Canada? As our next Account Executive for the North American region, you'll work at the heart of the fast-moving eCommerce and digital marketing landscape, helping agencies (performance, social, eCommerce), brands, and retailers unlock new levels of performance via Channable. The North American market is one of our top growth priorities, and you'll play a critical role in defining our go-to-market strategy and achieving results. Your job You are a full-cycle Account Executive building pipeline and closing deals from start to finish. Alongside your team members in the North American market and reporting to your Sales Team Lead, you will be developing and securing new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. You understand the buying process for B2B and how this impacts you as a seller. Your responsibilities Go-To-Market: Execute the go-to-market plan, collaborating closely with marketing to localize campaigns, events, and initiatives. You bring ideas to the table and actively contribute to their success. Own Your Numbers: You'll demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve your sales goals. Given that the North American region has a lot of potential, exceeding your quota will be very feasible, and you'll be energized to push even higher. Become a Customer Expert: You understand that selling is built on trust. The better you know your customer's world, the more effortlessly you'll connect. That's why you'll enjoy attending industry events, or even hosting your own roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars, to expand your network within the eCommerce space. Build a Personal Brand: You recognize that customers prefer to engage with experts. You're eager to grow your reputation as a trusted eCommerce advisor by sharing insights on LinkedIn or at local events. Master Product Expertise: You are intrinsically motivated to learn about the dynamics of the eCommerce industry and every update in our tool. You are self-motivated to stay up to date and seek new knowledge whenever possible. You also serve as a sparring partner for the product team to develop our tool further. Skills, Traits & Competencies Sales & Growth Mindset: Experience with B2B sales or consultative selling, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing/eCommerce A drive to exceed goals and directly impact business growth Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong storyteller who connects logic with emotion Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders and identifying customer needs Proactive & Ownership: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven Persistent when things don't go as planned Enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with industry knowledge Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborative by nature - you thrive in a team Organized, communicative, and open to improving processes together with your team Ready to work closely with marketing, support, customer success, and product teams Who are you? You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years of experience closing new logos. Ideally in SaaS or at a digital marketing agency. You have a strong eCommerce or marketing agency background with a relatable network. You are tech savvy, a user of CRMs, sales engagement platforms, AI and other tools. Ability to consult with clients and translate their challenges into actionable strategies. Great people skills, high curiosity, and the ability to adapt to diverse buyer personas. Strong communicator and storyteller. Some practical things we expect from you: You're available full-time (40 hours/week); You're willing to come to our brand new New York City office in Midtown Manhattan for a minimum of two days/week; You live in (or are close to) New York City; You're available to travel to events (approximately two trips per quarter).
