Sr Inspector We are looking for a Sr Inspector to join our Exlar team! As our Sr Inspector you will, perform a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. You will be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, and work under minimal supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item. Location: Chanhassen, MN Hourly rate: $20.58 to $27.40 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Minnesota. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. Prepares product verification documentation. Follows standard operating procedures for mechanical inspection, test operations, and product assurance. Communicates inspection results to cross-functional teams. Utilizes problem-solving skills to identify root causes of nonconformances and implement corrective action to prevent error recurrence. Proposes rework and repair activities to eliminate nonconforming conditions. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Must be a US Person 5+ years of experience inspecting precision-machined components Ability to interpret blueprints and a thorough understanding of GD&T Demonstrated success with manual inspection tools and common mechanical inspection methods Experience with CMM programming a plus
