About the role

  • Manage and maintain schedules for clients and staff.
  • Coordinate client appointments, staff shifts, and coverage for planned and unplanned absences.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising office support staff.
  • What You Bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role; office management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields preferred.
  • A flair for active listening, problem-solving, and delivering stellar customer service.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse individuals at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong work ethic, team player attitude, and an ability to multitask effortlessly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with practice management software.
