About the role

Job Requirement :- - Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade - Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals, feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing - Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings - Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies - Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval - Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue - Prepare work method of statement for submission - Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works - Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO - Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision - To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score - Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent - At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works - Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit - Able to lead and work independently
