- What You Bring
- Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Minimum five years of post-master's direct clinical experience with diverse populations and presenting concerns
- Current registration in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Strong clinical competency in solution-focused therapy, brief interventions and longer-term therapeutic modalities
- Ability to establish therapeutic rapport quickly and work effectively with clients from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds
- Excellent clinical judgment, self-direction and comfort working independently in a high-volume practice setting
- Proficiency with electronic health records and digital clinical tools
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ethical standards and continuous professional development
- Great-to-haves:
- Clinical experience with substance use disorders and addiction counselling
- Cultural competency and experience working with Indigenous populations and communities
- Previous experience in EAP, workplace mental health or integrated care settings
- Familiarity with local community resources and service networks
- Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care)
