About the role

The CFO is the CEO's key financial and strategic partner. This leader owns all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Strategy, helping the company scale globally with strong financial discipline. The CFO will guide long-term planning, capital allocation, investor relations, and Board communication, ensuring the business has the visibility and financial structure needed to grow profitably. This role requires a hands-on operator with the ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring we deliver consistent growth and operational excellence.
