3-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, financial or operational due diligence, finance transformation, corporate finance, operational improvement, or related advisory roles
Experience working in both consulting and industry environments is a plus
Exposure to PE-backed companies or private credit environments is a plus
Experience in distressed or turnaround contexts is a plus
Skills & Capabilities
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses
Solid understanding of core finance and operational processes, including budgeting and forecasting, accounting close, treasury, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay
Ability to digest large volumes of financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable insights
Familiarity with ERP, EPM, and BI platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities
Self-starter who anticipates next steps and proactively solves problems
Education & Credentials
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required
MBA or advanced degree a plus

Role Expectations:
Lead and contribute to client engagements focused on finance transformation, operational improvement, transaction readiness, and value creation initiatives
Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
