Key Responsibilities (To‑Do) Design and deliver end-to-end contact center solutions across on-premise platforms and cloud services Lead technical implementation and migration projects (on-prem, cloud, hybrid scenarios) Configure and integrate contact center components (IVR, routing, agent desktop, reporting, omnichannel) Troubleshoot and optimize routing logic, performance, and system stability Work closely with customers, architects, and project teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
