Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technology liaison for Financial Institutions during ATM outsourcing onboarding

  • Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding timelines, scalability, and data validation controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and enhance operational transparency.
  • Collect requirements, timelines, outcomes, and cost justifications, and using those work products, produce
  • capital expenditure requests and push them through the delegation of authority processes

Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY Brinks is building the premier ATM Managed Services organization suite of tools, technologies, and services that are second to none in ATM portfolio management. Our organization is dedicated to ensuring high availability for all ATM fleets, from Financial Instituti ons to independent ATM deployers, providing a reliable service our customers rely on. Brinks Global ATM Managed Services' Product Engineering division partners closely with Financial Institutions to deliver scalable ATM outsourcing solutions. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the successful onboarding and management of Financial Institutions by defining, coordinating, and validating the data feeds and systems required to support forecasting, reconciliation, dispute management, and chargeback operations. This role serves as the connective tissue between Financial Institutions and Brinks' internal teams - ensuring clarity of requirements, precision in data integration, and operational readiness at launch and beyond. The Business Analyst will a lso partner with Product Engineering to continuously improve onboarding workflows, automation capabilities, and data ingestion processes. ROLE OVERVIEW As Business Analyst - ATM Outsourcing & Financial Integrations, you are a key architect of Brinks' ATM Managed Services growth strategy. Your impact will be immediately felt - directly shaping the efficiency, scalability, and excellence of Financial Institut ion onboarding and all ongoing data operations. You will work cross - functionally with Operations, Treasury, Settlement, Risk, Dispute Management, and Technology teams to ensure that all required transaction data, settlement files, and reporting feeds are properly defined, transmitted, validated, and ope rationalized. This role demands analytical acumen, documentation skills, deep financial services expertise, and a proven ability to transform complexity into actionable business and technical requirements.
