Agenda & Coordination: Work closely with the Director's Executive Assistant to align and optimize the Director's calendar. Ensure meeting preparation materials are complete and delivered in advance.
Deliverables & Deadlines: Management: Follow up proactively with direct reports and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of presentations, reports, and business updates. Review materials for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with strategic KPIs before submission to the Director.
Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate, verify, and present commercial KPIs for Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Business Development areas. Liaise with Market Intelligence and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
