Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations)
Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security model
Design, develop, test, release, and maintain scalable data models, complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects.
Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity
Monitor and Validate Salesforce Seasonal releases
Business Partnership
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to gather requirements
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Automation & Enhancements
Build and maintain flows, process automation, and Apex (as needed)
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements
Lead release management, testing, and deployment processes
Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting standards
Integrations & Data Management
Manage integrations with PMS, marketing platforms, and third-party hospitality systems
Oversee data imports, exports, deduplication, and governance practices
Partner with IT on API and middleware solutions
Training & Support
Provide ongoing user training and documentation
Act as the escalation point for Salesforce support issues
Drive adoption and best practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or other certifications preferred
Strong experience with Flow, Process Builder (or migrations), and system automation
Proven experience in reporting, dash
