Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior payroll staff on systems, processes, and compliance requirements. Share expertise in payroll systems like Workday, OSV, and ADP Workforce Now to enhance team capabilities
Key Skills:
Extensive System Experience: Advanced knowledge of Workday, OSV, and ADP Workforce Now for payroll management and reporting.
Global Payroll Administration: Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, including knowledge of international tax treaties, expatriate payroll, and local labor laws.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze payroll data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance standards in the U.S. and Canada.

Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum)
