As Program Manager for this initiative, you will provide leadership for program planning and execution, developing and overseeing the delivery strategy to ensure key outcomes align with business and operational objectives. You will be part of the core leadership team driving this transformational platform development. The role will operate with a high degree of seniority, autonomy, and accountability, driving cross-functional execution across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing as well as Customer Service. Role: - Directing a complex, multiyear, cross-functional new product development program from concept through launch, including leadership and portfolio alignment in context of key development milestones. - Defining and collecting executional key performance indicators and acting on these as required. - Identifying and managing intra-program and inter-program risks, developing options, partnering with portfolio, and facilitating decision making with multiple stakeholders. - Working across the different levels of the organization to report and constantly re-assess risks and mitigation plans. - Partnering with BU leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting to enable the execution. - Managing executive-level communication and portfolio reporting, including dashboards, financials, and milestone tracking. - Overseeing vendor engagements, contracts, and resource augmentation as needed. Skills & Experience Required: This role operates at core team level, facilitating the team's objectives and at the same time at a senior program leadership level, significantly guiding and influencing teams and executive leadership. Top candidates will have demonstrated their abilities to: - Lead and deliver integrated, major new product programs on time and on budget from concept to clinical and market adoption - Plan and execute validation and verification and submissions in a regulated medical environment including 510K, CE, and other regulatory bodies - Organize key workstreams, establish milestones and KPIs, and manage risk resolving conflicting objectives within cross functional teams and building solutions across multiple stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with business partners and colleagues worldwide in an international work environment and with C-level management. - Apply agile and structured problem-solving methodologies to anticipate and resolve challenges. - 10+ years of experience in program management - BS or MS technical degree, MBA or equivalent work experience Who we are : We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $200,420 - $275,572 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
