Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/electrical Engineering (mandatory).
MBA/M.Tech preferred; certifications in Project Management, Energy, Automation, Warehousing desirable.
10-15 years in engineering & CAPEX projects with strong exposure to FMCG/Beverages/Distillery/Manufacturing; 8-10 years in utilities & infrastructure.
Experience managing large CAPEX portfolios (₹50-100 Cr+), delivering one greenfield and one mega brownfield project.
Skilled in SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel; experience in multi-site project delivery and vendor management.

Lead end-to-end engineering design and execution of Diageo India's CAPEX portfolio (₹200-300 Cr annually) across bottling, process plants, distillation, utilities, infrastructure, safety & quality compliance, ESG and productivity initiatives . Deliver 50-60 multi-site projects OTIF while driving standardised engineering practices, frugal automation, digitisation, and future-fit manufacturing capabilities.
