Stay informed on market shifts, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine the product roadmap. Performance, Optimization & Metrics: Partner with third-party payment providers and internal engineering teams to drive measurable improvements in authorization rates, reliability, and cost efficiency while maintaining strong controls. Establish, track, and communicate the success metrics that matter and use a data-driven approach to prioritize work and demonstrate impact. Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches. Manage dependencies, triage issues, and act as an escalation point to keep delivery on track. Cross-functional Leadership: Lead complex initiatives end-to-end-from discovery and business case through delivery and iteration.
