For more information, visit WPP.com . Who we are looking for: VML is seeking an Account Supervisor servicing one of our largest North American clients. You will sit in our Kansas City office in service of the performance marketing initiatives created for a global agricultural machinery brand. You are accountable for presentations and well-managed projects, timely production, and budget adherence. This role owns the responsibility of the growth and development of the client's go-to-market retail business across all disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Mentor | Manage the Account Manager and Assistant Account Executive, providing mentorship and development opportunities. Identify employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
- Process | Ensure agency work follows digital marketing best practices. Shepherd agency deliverables and client presentations through regulatory and legal review process. You are accountable for on-time, on-budget completion of all projects and the reporting of budget status to clients.
Requirements

- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Self-confident, flexible yet takes and defends positions.
- Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior level clients.
