As the Manager of Child Care Services, you will provide overall leadership and operational oversight for our childcare center. You will guide the vision, culture, and day-to-day operations of the program while ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children and families.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of childcare professionals dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.
Foster a positive, supportive culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate staff while supporting professional development and career growth.
Build strong relationships with families and serve as a trusted resource for communication, support, and service recovery.
Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Oversee budgets, grants, scholarships, funding sources, and operational resources to ensure long-term program success.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through data analysis, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Maintain a visible presence within the center and lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience required .
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a licensed or registered childcare facility required.
Current status on the Early Childhood Practitioner Registry and successful completion of Teacher Orientation ARM37.95.163 required.
Successful completion of sixty (60) hours of infant/toddler and sixty (60) hours of preschool coursework preferred.
