Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, prioritize and analyse requests, design technical solutions, workflows and user interfaces, write and review technical specifications and data mapping templates.
• Work with business analyst and Project manager as well as other internalIT stakeholder to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliancesto Bank's standards, quality, policies, and guidelines.
• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of React JS and its core principles.
• Experience in Java / J2EE Programming is an Advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Years of Experience:
• Graduated from well-known university with IT related subjects
• At least 3-8 years of information technology experience including atleast 3-5 years of experience in Web Technology.
• Financial technology background experience is an advantage.
• Candidate with banking domain knowledge in different financial products,including derivative products is preferred.
• Working experience with Full SDLC / Agile project.
• Assertive communication and approachable interpersonal skills.
• General knowledge about private banking.
• Good knowledge in Unix scripts and Database knowledge (oracle / Sybase)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required
• Core Technical Expertise:
• Database and Unix knowledge
• Java Programming, React JS
• JavaScript (ES6 & ES5), HTML5, CSS
• Agile, DevOps (CI/CD), GIT, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc
