Sales Performance: Conduct coaching sessions and trainings not only to help advisors expand their knowledge and meet their sales goals. Drive engagement by promoting a healthy and positive competitive culture.
Business Management: Review advisor productivity, SLA, and progress towards the businesses goals. Create reports surrounding current and past sales trends and report up.
Workforce Management: Supervise the investment and relationship deepening process, and ensure coordination and adherence to policies and procedures. Manage all time off requests to confirm that we have appropriate staffing levels at all times to support SLA.
Client Management: Handle all manager callbacks and client escalations in a timely manner. Coach our advisors on best practices to mitigate client complaints, and ensure that we are putting our clients first. Additionally, have a deep understanding of our operational processes to answer questions.
Work with key partners to identify, develop and execute initiatives that improve advisor productivity, enhance the end investor experience, and accelerate new client acquisition
Ability to adapt to a fluid, fast paced, environment with frequently changing priorities, processes, requirements, etc.
Critical and strategic thinking skills, as well as being a self-motivated team player are essential
A desire to lead, a passion for sales management, and a deep commitment to client service

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
FINRA Series 7
FINRA Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 (or ability to obtain within first 120 days of hire)
2+ years of previous management experience or sales leadership experience
Preferences:
Comprehensive industry and investment knowledge
Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in sales, sales leadership and overall leadership skills
FINRA Series 9/10 is a plus, expected to obtain within first 120 days of hire
Pay Range:
$98,777.00 - $164,594.00
