Strong procurement or supply chain management experience.
Experience managing Tier 1 / primary suppliers or outsourced services.
Strong written and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and professional documentation.
Self‑starter with strong organisation, planning and delivery skills.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management capability.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, using data to inform decisions.
Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing significant spend.
Knowledge of automotive, leasing or operational supply chains is highly advantageous.

Due to the expansion of our Procurement function, we're looking for a Procurement Lead (Projects & Outsourcing) to join the Ayvens team on a permanent basis at our Lyde Green, Bristol (BS16 7LB) office. In this role, you'll drive the UK outsourcing and offshoring agenda and help embed strong supplier management practices across the business.
You'll lead the progression of the UK outsourcing and offshoring strategy, from business planning through to the day‑to‑day management of key outsource suppliers. You'll support the wider Procurement team in strengthening supplier management, risk controls and governance, while acting as a key change lead during a period of transformation and integration.
Procurement Lead (Projects & Outsourcing) key responsibilities of the role are as follows
Act as the Procurement lead for outsourcing and offshoring across the UK business.
Undertake detailed analysis and make recommendations on outsourcing strategy and policy.
Support the active management of core outsource suppliers to ensure performance, value and compliance.
Lead the development and embedment of strong supplier management practices across the supply chain.
Upskill business owners in supplier management best practice and performance monitoring.
Support the implementation of robust risk and compliance monitoring across Procurement.
Coordinate and deliver remedial actions where risks or control gaps are identified.
Act as a subject‑matter expert within procurement integration and Group‑wide projects.
Support the Procurement leadership team with strategy, systems, processes and capability development.
Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives across suppliers and sourcing activity.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across supplier and outsource management.
