Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for HR systems and platforms across RaceTrac and affiliated business units.
Provide strategic oversight of Workday, ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, reporting technologies, and future HR technology investments.
Partner closely with HR, Enterprise IT, Payroll, and Finance, and business leaders to prioritize initiatives that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Ensure HR technology solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Build and Lead High-Performing Teams
Lead and develop managers and teams responsible for Workday product ownership, HR reporting, and ServiceNow administration.
Create alignment across teams to establish a cohesive operating model, shared priorities, and integrated roadmap.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a strategic coach and leader capable of elevating both technical and business capabilities within the team.
Orchestrate Data, Reporting & Insights
Oversee HR reporting and analytics capabilities that enable informed workforce and business decisions.

Enhance HR Service Delivery
Provide oversight of HR knowledge management and ServiceNow administration to improve employee support experiences.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and modernize HR operations.
Ensure strong governance, prioritization, and execution across HR support technologies and services.
Influence Enterprise Change & Transformation
Collaborate with change management to deliver complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and functions.
Balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Function as a trusted advisor to senior HR leadership on HR technology trends, capabilities, and organizational readiness
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations, or related functions
Proven experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives and teams
Strong knowledge of Workday and HR reporting capabilities required.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or similar case management/service platforms preferred
Demonstrated success building roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple functions.
Experience leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to operational and employee outcomes.
