Mentor and develop associate veterinarians, especially early-career DVMs
Support clinical growth in areas like surgery, diagnostics, and case management
Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture
Help drive consistency in quality of care while respecting each hospital's individuality
Current Veterinary License holder for the State of California; or the ability to obtain
5+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian, deeply confident in your medicine
DEA license preferred, not required
Natural leader and mentor who is driven to teach others
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
Willingness to travel across the region to support all clinics spanning from Palmdale, CA to Covina, CA
