  • Understanding of the intersection between intellectual property and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and data governance, and how these areas are evolving in regulatory and policy contexts.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable policy strategies for business stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with government stakeholders, industry associations, and multilateral organizations on policy advocacy and coalition-building.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence policy outcomes across diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capability to anticipate and respond to global technology and policy developments.

  • The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
