Job Description Essential Functions Shopper Experience Support the delivery of a consistently positive shopper experience during assigned shifts by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Provide a world‑class shopper experience by Greeting, Respecting, Engaging, Assisting, and Thanking every shopper. Accurately process point‑of‑sale transactions while delivering friendly, efficient service and supporting smooth customer flow at the front end. Support shop‑ready merchandising standards through timely recovery, basic replenishment, and adherence to established presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all shopper‑facing areas, including registers, aisles, fitting rooms, restrooms, and checkout zones. Assist shoppers with questions, product location, fitting rooms, and checkout needs in a courteous and respectful manner. Support signage placement, price accuracy, fixture organization, and product presentation by following established processes and reporting concerns to store leadership. Store Readiness & Daily Operations Complete assigned tasks to support overall store readiness, including recovery, merchandising support, and basic housekeeping throughout the shift. Support opening and closing routines assigned to ensure the store is ready to serve shoppers at the beginning and end of each day. Assist with basic backroom, production, or operational support tasks as directed by store leadership. Compliance, Safety & Operational Standards Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures during assigned shifts. Practice safe work behaviors and report hazards, incidents, or concerns to store management. Follow cash‑handling, pricing integrity, and loss‑prevention procedures to support a safe and compliant shopping environment. Schedule & Flexibility Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations.
