Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative industrial hygiene and occupational risk assessments
Support the development and execution of IH sampling plans and field surveys, including data interpretation
Perform health and safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
Contribute to the design and implementation of health and safety programs across areas including: Chemical and electrical safety
Machine guarding and fire prevention
Powered industrial vehicles and work at heights
Emergency preparedness and response
PPE programs, hazard identification, risk analysis, and Safety Management Systems
Prepare clear, concise technical reports and client deliverables
Collaborate as an engaged team member across multiple concurrent project teams
Develop a working knowledge of ERM's broader consulting services and support cross‑selling opportunities

Requirements
Required
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience supporting regulatory compliance and sustainable EHS programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical information
Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting health and safety or industrial hygiene data
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across North America
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred
Experience supporting clients in High Tech, Power, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical sector environments
Current or planned CIH or CSP certification
Additional certifications such as OHST, SMS, or CHST
