As an APM, you will be responsible for leading the product design and development process, from ideation to launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Carrying on familiar design responsibilities in the beginning to understand current offerings, gradually owning product responsibilities as you become more familiar.
Collaborating with clients, product leaders, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and ship products and customers.
Creating product requirements and designs and shipping them while aligning with the needs of our customers.
Interacting with clients to understand their problems and provide solutions through product or best practices.
Conducting market research and staying up to date with industry trends to inform product decisions.
Identifying opportunities for innovation and stand-out from competitors in the market, presenting product ideas and designs to stakeholders.
What Makes You Qualified?
Proficiency in product thinking - the process as well asthe visual outcomes.
A portfolio or a presentation deck which showcases relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products and servicesthat balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints.
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/design or a related field.
2-3 years of experience of working in the industry,shipping products Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and clients.
A knack for systems thinking - You understand how complex systems(especially involving humans) work and how they can be influenced via product design.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A passion for innovation and creating products that make a difference.
