Identify any area trends to proactively address them alongside leadership before escalation occurs
Collaborate with the Talent team to maintain high talent bar while providing guidance on Total Rewards, as needed
Actively contribute to building out HR programs, processes and documentation as the function grows
Support compliance efforts including policy updates, training rollouts, and recordkeeping
Assist with people data and reporting - headcount, attrition, leave tracking - and help improve how we capture and continuously improve those metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field
2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-growing organization
Experience navigating HRIS systems (Rippling preferred), utilizing compensation platforms like AON Radford, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows
Knowledge of basic employment laws - multi-state experience is a plus
Strong instincts around confidentiality, discretion and when to escalate
Comfortable working directly with leaders and pushing back when needed
Experience supporting technical or operations teams is a bonus but not required
Ability to adjust communication style based on the audience
